According to the latest data from Beyond, there are mixed views for bookings this summer. Occupancy rates are up 6% compared to this time last year; however Average Daily Rates and Revenue Per Available Night metrics are 3-4% lower. How does this compare with your bookings?

Airbnb continues to see an overall growth with total nights and experiences booked increasing 12% from Q4 2022 to Q4 2023.

Booking dot com have released their last quarter earnings with revenue at $4.4b, up 17% from the same quarter last year. During the earnings call they highlighted about booking for this summer being strong and the importance of AI in their forward strategy. They also re-emphasised their intention to appeal the $530m fine from the Spanish government for alleged violation of competition laws.
